Fresh fried chicken bits drowned in general Tso sauce topped with green onion. All sitting pretty on top of a HEFTY poutine 🫃🏾 First bite…… The textures SENT me, crunch, soft, spongy. Then it was the flavours, my brain couldn’t wrap around the fact that these flavours went so well together. Salty, Sweet and Savoury….the holy trinity 🤣
